Pastor Sidney and Executive Pastor Kia have dedicated their lives to serving Christ and fulfilling their calling as pastors of God's flock — spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to bring positive transformation, helping people see themselves through God's eyes, and offering love, hope, and encouragement so each person can reach their full potential.

Senior Pastor
Pastor Sidney Bryant Sr.
Pastor Sidney Bryant Sr. is a visionary filmmaker, preacher, motivational speaker, author, and family man who has devoted his life to inspiring change and igniting purpose in others. He is a proud husband to Executive Pastor Kia Bryant and a devoted father to their six children: J.R., TJ, Ava, Nolan, Ren, and Sir.
Called to ministry in 2014, he re-launched his evangelistic outreach, Motivated Push, with a mission to provoke artistry while grounding young people in biblical principles. In 2020 he accepted the call to pastoral leadership and began establishing Compel Church of Georgia in the Valdosta area as a mobile ministry. When God relocated the ministry to Douglas, Georgia, it became firmly rooted as Compel Inner-Province Fellowship Church, where he serves as Senior Pastor, equipping believers to walk in God's plan for their lives.
Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Sidney is a speaker trained by Bryan Fiese who has addressed audiences from intimate classrooms to stadiums of 25,000 students, challenging people to D.I.P. — to live Driven, Intentional, and Persistent lives as they pursue their God-given purpose. He founded ONE Compelling Picture, a production company creating faith-driven films with churches and communities, and is a published author through The Bureau of Compellers.

Executive Pastor
Executive Pastor Kia Bryant
Executive Pastor Kia Bryant is a servant leader whose heart for ministry and community shines through every part of her life. She is a devoted wife to Pastor Sidney Bryant Sr. and a proud mother of six children: J.R., TJ, Ava, Nolan, Ren, and Sir. With a deep passion for empowering women of all ages, she encourages them to walk boldly in faith and pursue their God-given assignments.
A native of Coffee County in Douglas, Georgia, she has been rooted in the church since childhood. At 16 she stepped out in faith to join Servants of Christ Ministries, where she served faithfully until her marriage to Pastor Sidney in 2023. Together they launched Compel Inner-Province Fellowship Church, beginning with online Bible studies and prayer calls that grew into in-person gatherings.
She is known for her compassion, encouragement, and ability to help others see themselves as God sees them: loved, purposed, and capable of transformation. She also serves as a Physical Education Coach at Eastside Elementary School in Douglas, as an Executive Producer for ONE Compelling Picture, and as a liaison for the Faith and Film Coalition. Her mission is clear: to extend love, hope, and encouragement while guiding others to embrace their full God-given potential.
