When you fill out a form on this website — such as a prayer request, a connect card, a plan-your-visit form, or a leader booking request — we collect the information you choose to give us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, the details of your request, and the service or event you tell us you plan to attend.

If you leave a prayer request without a name, we keep it anonymous; you choose how much to share.

We use the information you provide only to serve you: to respond to your message, to pray for your request, to prepare for your visit, to follow up on a booking inquiry, or to send you an email notification or calendar link related to your submission.

Form submissions are emailed to the appropriate church staff address (such as info@compelchurch.org, hospitality@compelchurch.org, or Team_Admin@compelchurch.org) and are kept for church ministry purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your prayer requests, visit details, or booking inquiries with third parties except the service providers that deliver our email on our behalf. We do not use your information for advertising.

This website embeds videos from YouTube, and our giving options link to third-party payment services such as Cash App and Zelle. When you interact with those services, their own privacy policies apply, and we encourage you to read them.

When you click a calendar link to add a planned visit to your own calendar, you are using Google Calendar, which is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

We take reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we handle your information with care and restrict it to church staff who need it for ministry.

This website is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may ask us at any time to update or delete the information you have submitted through this website, or to stop contacting you. Simply email info@compelchurch.org and we will take care of it.
